As so many of my followers know, Photography is something I do as a hobby or a release from everyday life. As you can see from my lack of new posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and hear on my web site, 2016 has been a year where real life needed my full attention.
Or at least that’s what I thought
That being said it took an old friend to make me realize that their needs to be room for both if happiness is what we all want in our life’s.
As you can see by browsing through the past several years Stephanie is truly an old friend and one of the most beautiful young lady’s I have ever shot with.
Stephanie and I have become inseparable friends forever and for good reason.
Stephanie is one of the few ladies’ that truly has made her way up a very tough ladder to being a commercial model. She has worked hard and stayed true to her passion.
Just a few short weeks ago Stephanie came to visit me in California. As always when she comes west she stayed with me at my apartment. It had been a year since her last visit and we had a lot of catching up to do.
The one thing I can always depend on with Stephanie is she will always call me out when she see’s something out of place.
Hence, Sometimes It Takes An Old Friend.
Stephanie challenged me realize the importance of my photography and then challenged me to pick up my camera and shoot with her.
It had been over 5 months since I had shot and the day I spent shooting with my friend proved to be a wonderful and enlightening experience. I came to realize that not only could I never let that much time pass again without picking up my camera but it was equally important to never let a year go by again without seeing my friend Stephanie
